100% Syrah solely from Upland Vyd, located in the Snipes Mountain AVA in the heart of the Yakima Valley. With slopes facing in all 4 directions, & an elevation that ranges from 750 1,300 ft, Upland is some of the oldest & most diverse soils in the state - ancient, rocky soils mostly untouched by the Missoula Floods. 2.8 tons/acre yield; Native yeasts; 100% whole cluster pressed; 70% new puncheons; 22 mos barrel-aged on lees; 14.5% ABV, 6.0 g/l T.A., & 3.70 pH.
