Tasting notes from the winery on the 2009 Muscat (Bergheim): Spring wine for sure, whose freshness and crunching points out green lemon and pink grapefruit, the star anise and pineapple. Such an amount of complexity surprises for this wine however so immediate and enjolor [sic]. The mouth, perfectly balanced form a voluptuous case with the flavours perceived with the nose. This very pretty Muscat will be the ideal companion of your aperitifs, salmon marinated with dill, asparagus or gaspacho with mint. 16 euro. Ready to drink. Can be kept until 2012.
