“100% hand harvested, destemmed Syrah vinified in a small, concrete vat. Maceration is long & lasts for 5-6 weeks. Free run juice is transferred immediately into new or one year old barrels to be matured for 18-20 mos. 13.00% ABV; 43 cases produced & bottled 9/1/15, released 11/15/15.”
