- vineyard located on 55 hecatres in one large block
- terroir has soils filled with very deep coarse gravel
- plantings are 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc with a vine density of 10,000 vines per hectare
- on average, the vines are 38 years of age but some date back to 1947; density of planting 10,000 vines per hectare; rootstock Riparia gloire & 101.14
- harvest September 25 - October 9; exclusively handpicked; sorting two successive selections before and after the de-stemming process
- vinification takes place in 43 temperature, controlled stainless steel vats of various sizes ranging in size from 12 hectoliters all the way up to 180 hectoliters; malolactic fermentation took place in tank for 3 weeks
- aged in 55% new oak barrels for an average of 16 to 18 months
- blend 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc
- 13% alcohol
