LANGHE NEBBIOLO

Nebbiolo Rinaldi is in fact a mini-Barolo, since the grapes come from the same vineyards and are processed in a similar way to that of the more prestigious denomination, with the exception of the aging time.
Produced from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the thirty-five-year-old vineyards owned by the “Citric” Beppe Rinaldi; the soils are composed of the typical clay-limestone marl of the Langhe at an average altitude of 300 m / slm. After fermentation the wine is left to macerate on the skins, followed by aging in oak barrels for 18 months.

Colour: Intense ruby red
Scent: Elegant, floreal, of geranium, fruity, of small red, wild, spicy and mineral fruits
Taste: Sparkling, fresh, savory and thin tannins
