Vineyard Article

Meeks Hilltop Ranch is on the site of a pre-prohibition vineyard and winery. George Meeks still has the old Bonded Winery #85 placard above the cellar door. The vineyard is planted in four separate blocks, each with a different exposure: "Frontyard" faces East, "Over the Hill" faces Southwest, "Meadow" faces Northwest and "Hilltop" is a rolling plateau facing "up".
