"64% Merlot, 34% C.S., and 1% ea C.F. & Malbec handpicked from the Four Feathers, Stone Tree, Wautoma Springs, Andrews, & Beverly Vyds; Crushed & cold-soaked on the skins for 2 days to extract soft tannins & intense color. Fermentation lasted 6-10 days on the skins & was followed by 4 wks of malolactic fermentation in barrels. Lots were blended immediately after fermentation to integrate flavors prior to oak-aging, which was for 26 mos in predominately new FR oak barrels. 15% ABV, 0.60g/100mL T.A., & 3.67 pH; 4,781 cases crafted."
