Riesling SCHLOSSBERG Grand Cru 2016
Location: Kientzheim

Soil: Granite

Grape variety: 100% Riesling

Tasting note: This wine presents a yellow-green intense and bursty appearance. His olfactory expression is well balanced, prepossessing, fresh, fine and harmonious. We can find out in the aroma bouquet some fresh citrus fruit, Bergamot, Kumquat, ripe lemon and apple stewed. It is easily to guess the origin of terroir which is granites giving this racy typicity. He is bringing us in a universe of minerality. So delicate. The taut perception in mouth, multidimensional with a rocks taste nearly inconspicuous it confers an originality and unique personality. This wine is harmonious, well balanced, dry with a distinguished strength well dosed. Very long finish, without any hardness.
