This area, between 1,050 & 1,500 ft ASL, offers the ideal range for ripening grapes perfectly. Soils combine alberese (limestone) & galestro (schist) with clay.
“Fermented on indigenous yeasts in upright wooden fermentation tanks (Merlot for 20 days + 12 days of maceration, & CS for 21 days + 10 days of maceration).
