“100% from Olsen Brothers Vyd on the NW bend of the Yakima River as it turns N @ Red Mtn. The elevation averages about 1,000 ft, & the soils are sandy with broken basalt. 70% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache, & 5% Syrah (co-fermented); 3.1 tons/acre yield; 100% whole cluster pressed; Native yeasts; 35 days on skins; 100% neutral FR oak puncheons; 18 mos barrel-aged on lees; 14.5% ABV, ‘No residual sugar,’ 5.5 g/L T.A., & 3.90 pH.”
