“65% C.S., 20% Merlot, & 15% Sangiovese; A wine from vineyards of 10 hectares located at 100 meters above sea level with an average age of 20 years that enjoy a gentle Mediterranean climate. After the hand picking harvest, the fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in open wooden vats with manual punching down and long macerations. Aging is made in French oak barriques for 18 months, followed by a refining of 12 months in bottle. 14.5% ABV;” 4,000 cases produced, 350 cases imported to the U.S.
