The LXV Wine
The style of the wine is in keeping with the old world, minimalist and authentic, expressed through contemporary blends. These well-balanced wines with a great emphasis on acidity, creating food-friendly wines, are curated by Winemaker Jeff Strekas.
The || LXV Wine and Spice || Tasting Experience
Each wine is paired with a unique spice blend The pairings fold in exotic notes such as rose, cardamom, lavender, jasmine, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, black truffle, porcini mushroom, lapsang souchong, and sarsaparilla.
Nisha - The Private Tasting
A highly-heightened pairing experience, wines from the Cellar are paired with a myriad of flavors via cheese, spice, fruit, oils, tinctures, and chocolate.
The LXV Wine Lounge:
The LXV Wine Lounge itself is a sensory experience, with deep blue walls, day beds full of vibrant colors and plush pillows.
Future of LXV:
In 2011, LXV acquired a premium wine property on the coveted Willow Creek Road in the Willow Creek AVA of Paso Robles. We are on a phased approach to have a tasting room, vineyard and, eventually, a state of the art winery.
