“100% S.B. from the alluvial soils of our Millstone block in the heart of Rapaura; The grapes are machine harvested and immediately pressed in the cool of the night. The juice is maintained at cool temps. Cleared juice is then fermented to dryness at cool temps with specifically selected yeasts. We then selected the pick of the tanks for blending. No oak, malolactic blocked; 12.50% ABV, 4.0g/l R.S., 8.4g/l T.A., & 3.3 pH;”
