PRODUCER
Our vineyard is on the classic chalky-clay soil which is known to produce the finest wines. Part of the blend is barrel fermented and aged in oak for 5 months while the remaining portion is fermented and aged in stainless-steel vats in order to preserve the integrity of the fruit and the acidity and keep the wine's overall balance.

A fine tight flinty and mineral bouquet leads to a creamy, ripe, palate which has overtones of dill and fennel and lemon acidity giving structure and support with a long lingering finish. A classy example of Pouilly Fuisse from a very good vintage.
