Sparkling Shiraz is a unique Australian wine style, and former Chief Winemaker Andrew Wigan was inspired to make a great sparkling wine from Barossa Shiraz in the 1980s. Often referred to as the ‘Jewel in our Crown,’ our Black Queen Sparkling Shiraz is a unique and indulgent wine crafted from premium vineyards in South Australia’s Barossa region. This regal sparkling wine boasts bold flavours and a fine, persistent and elegant bead.
Sourced from a single vineyard of Survivor vine Shiraz (planted 1928), grown by the Schmidt family in Light Pass.
