This wine is dark black cherry and opaque in color. In the nose there are elements of earthiness, leather, allspice and black cherries. This is an elegant and medium bodied wine with balance. It exhibits a great mouth feel with concentrated black cherries and hints of white pepper, spice box, leather and cedar notes. This syrah contains a smooth but impressive finish. While approachable now the wine will continue to develop for 2 to 3 years. Approximately 176 cases produced.
