This wine from the heisting bandits is simply called “The Show”-a Cabernet Sauvignon inspired by the letterpress show posters that Hatch Show Print has enriched us with since 1879.

The newest in the line from Rebel Wine Company will take you back to a time when a little dust on your jeans added some character and maybe even make you want to try your hand at that old lasso. So sit back, relax and enjoy The Show.

The source for “The Show” grapes is literally a posse of California’s best growing regions. The Show combines grapes from the Central and North Coast AVAs.

What would a show be without a cast of great players? The Show combines Cabernet Sauvignon with some of the best supporters of all times. Merlot adds a touch of softness, Cabernet Franc contributes a touch of earthiness and flavor-enhancing acidity with Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot adding that eye-catching deep ruby color and a touch of violets on the nose. The Show is finished with a kiss of French and American oak.

Appellation / Variety: 42% Monterey County Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Monterey County Merlot, 6% Napa Valley Cabernet Franc, 3% Dry Creek Valley Petite Sirah and 3% Napa Valley Petit Verdot.

Inspired by the bold iconic imagery from the Nashville poster icon, this barn-stormer Cabernet Sauvignon is big and bold with lots of dried black cherries and jammy preserves with layers of spice and sweet vanilla.
