Produced from some of the oldest Dijon clones on our Estate, the Chardonnay is hand-picked, hand-sorted and then pressed whole cluster. The juice is fermented in 100% French Oak barrels to create a round, rich texture. After 11 months in barrel, Véronique selects her favorite barrels, those that are distinct and delicious. The Edition Limitée Chardonnay has a rich texture and great length on the palate. Beautiful and compelling, this cuvée possesses all of the Drouhin hallmarks - elegant and balanced, all with great finesse.
