I realized on Saturday after the 4th time this week describing to people the first moment I tasted this wine 3 years ago at Bernardus in Carmel Valley in such intricate detail that I LOVE this wine. I just opened a bottle last week and it gave me chills like that first moment. It is sublime, supple, feminine and must be enjoyed with food...it enhances each bite. It is fair to say that I am in love with the 2005 Cab from Three Sticks.
