VINIFICATION: The vineyards are 11 years old. The grapes are pre-soaked in a cold temperature for three days, with pump-overs following the density and the temperature under computer control. The wine is aged for 3 years, in France tonneaux for 30% and 70% in large Slavonia barrels. This is released after 5 years from the harvest, in April
