Deep gold color. Sherry, hazelnuts, pear as well as a touch of minerals and butter on the nose. Pear, key lime, almonds, touch of butter, minerals on the palate. Huge acidity on a mid+ finish, showing mostly the acidity and minerals with some slight sherry and nutty notes.
Definitely advancing in age if no premix.

No formal notes taken. Bought a number of these one release and this last bottle was definitely the best. Drinking at its peak right now with nice secondary development on the nose and palette. Good red and black fruits in the mouth, leather, tobacco. Medium finish, decent acidity, fine mostly resolved tannins. One of the best Ontario wines I've had.

No formal notes taken. More rustic in style. Good garnet color. Sous bois, cherry and a little earth on the nose. Tart cherry, leather, earth on the palate. Decent medium finish with some rustic tannins mostly integrated. Fun drink at this price point.
