Nose of very ripe roses, mezcal, and sharp cheddar. Yes the last two are faint but notable. A little foliage vegetal too. Tastes of dried red fruit, leather, licorice root, basil. If it had a bit more structure this would have been stupendous as is it was just quite good. Not enough acid backbone.

Blueberry - cooked, fresh, and dried. Cocoa, rose hip, violet, and breakfast radish. Fruity entrance, sweet earthy middle, very dusty tannin, linty even. Quite complex but not as structured as it could have been though still very good juice.
