Blueberry, blackberry, and scorched earth, with very sublte oak vanillin. Perfectly balanced with wonderful acidity. Nice long finish. Wow, this is a fantastic wine... and drinking great right now. I am not a huge aussie wine fan, but this is really well made wine, not that gloppy syrupy stuff that you so often get with ausie shiraz.

Nose began with efusive sweet cherry, almost artificially sweet smelling. The nose became more restrained after a couple hours and took a slight seawater saline quality. Palate of tart stewed cherries and rasberries, as well as some savory herbs. Medium length on the finish.

Wonderful sauvignon blanc. Drank over three hours. The nose kept expanding and getting more intense up until the last drop was consumed. Very floral nose, white flowers, some minerality and lime zest. Tons of minerality on the palate with lime and a touch of exotic fruits (not tropical, but exotic).
