Dark red to purple. Cinnamon spice menthol and smoke. Sweet cherry fruit, chocolate cherry, grilled herbs and a touch of black pepper on the finish

9/6/2018 9:03:00 AM - Rudy, Re Aubert 2015 Hyde, I might have been particularly tough because the nose was so great but the palate less interesting. You are right, it prob will be better with a year in the cellar and will amend my note accordingly, but would NOT cellar much longer (past 2023 or so) because of the heat on finish.
