Gorgeous aromatics. A mix of red and black plum flesh and skins, with crushed blackberry and some savory herbal tones too. The same fruits come through on the richly textured fruit on the palate. Great energy. A lengthy, vibrant finish.

Opened, decanted for 2 hours and drank over another 2 or so. Very bright and aromatic. Lemon peel, crisp asian pear, a bit of lime, with fragrant white floral too. Finely crushed rock. Bright and energetic on the palate too. Tart lemon/lime custard, with intense minerality. A slight bit of light roasted nut. Long finish and super delicious.

Opened, decanted to remove sediment, and immediately served. A seductive combination of red and black cherry with dense spice and mixed floral on the nose. Red and black cherry on the palate too. More giving right away than expected and the tannins have pretty much integrated here. Fruit forward and an almost plush texture, but with just enough backbone and freshness to carry it. Moderate plus finish.
