Mind-blowing concentration. Strawberries in cream. Soaked fruits. Herbal medicine aromas. Caramel.
Vinous. Powerful.
High acidity. Even it's Brut Nature, there is residual sugar.
High pressure, open with care.
Ideal with duck breast, and duck pate.
