Foncé comme de l'encre, violet au rebords.
Menthol, épices chaudes, poivre noir, fruits noirs, romarin.
GROS vin, fruits noirs, menthol, tannins fins. Superbe acidité qui mets le tout en équilibre. Pas lourd du tout, le 15% ne se fait pas sentir. Boisé bien intégré, très bien fait!

Ink dark, purple rim
Menthol, warm spices, black pepper, black fruit, some rosemary
BIG wine with dark fruits and fine tannins. Beautiful freshness that puts it all in balance. Not heavy, couldn't tell it's 15%. Well integrated oak, very well made!

Très beau nez fruité (grillotes, canneberge), petite pointe herbale, fruits rouges croquants, un brin de levure.
L'attaque est fruitée mais qui fait vite place à une amertume... Le fruit disparrait et fait place a un côté terreux? anise, austère et herbal. Amélioré après 2h en carafe, mais c'est mal équilibré.

Beautiful nose (red fruit), herbs, a bit of yeast .
Good initial fruit, but then shows some bitterness. Fruit subsides and shows more of a rough earthy and herbal on the palate.
Better after 2hrs decanted, but off balance, austere.

Corps moyen, poivron vert, tannins assez pointus. Beaucoup de bois (tout ce qui reste en finale). Un peu décu pour $50
A décanter 2h, ou garder encore quelques années

Green pepper on the nose with caramel, blackberries, some herbal notes.
Medium bodied, green pepper, tannins still a bit harsh. Lots of wood (lingers). A bit disappointed for $50.
Decant 2hrs, or keep for a few years
