Straw yellow colour. Nose of citrus fruit and flint with hint of honey. Rich mouth feel with a lovely balance of citrus fruits, chalk, smoke and just a hint of salinity. Fresh balanced acidity throughout. A medium long finish with a touch of oak. Linear but not austere.
Excellent wine with meaty fish or roast chicken.

Bordeaux blend with a new world warmth. Deep ruby in colour, a vivid nose of dark cherry with floral hints. Sour cherry and dark berry flavours with a soft and smooth mouth feel. Good freshness and a soft tannic structure. Not complex but well executed. Easy drinking and excellent with a simple steak and salad.

Light ruby in colour with a very expressive nose of cherries and strawberries that burst through on the palate with a hint of bitter chocolate and vanilla. Medium bodied with silky tannins and a lively freshness. The fruit and freshness persist in the medium long finish joined by a hint of oak and spice. This wine could be more complex but is well executed and beautifully balanced. It was absolutely gorgeous with roast lamb.
