1/15/2016 1:15:00 PM - I suggest you drink all wines when you like them. White Burgundy does age well in a temperature controlled cellar but it is easier and cheaper to decant a enjoy than wait the time. In addition, it is easier to find and buy the one you just drank.

11/3/2015 4:10:00 PM - Hi SMHalps. Good to become fans!!! 2012 Faiveley Cazetiers will be wonderful in say 2018 or so ;-). We also enjoy California. Our favs are Kistler, Ramey, Robert Foley, Newton, Fisher, Sea Smoke, Summerwood, Denner, J. Dusi, Justin and a bunch of others not quite reaching our fingertips yet. Having said that France, Italy and Spain are the leaders in our cellar.

7/4/2015 5:46:00 PM - Cuz, Faiveley 2012 Cazetiers is very good and worth seeking out if the price is very good ($95-100), but this is not something for near-term drinking.
