Medium lemon-green color with youthful jura-esque nose of intense aromas of smoky woody oak, nut, lees, with oxidative character. Still the apple and stone-fruit character of chardonnay is there unhidden but it took 3 days to sort things out. The palate is dry with not too oily round mouthfeel with high citrus-like acidity. More balanced to the wine type with medium body medium alcohol high acidity structure than roundness and mouthfeel. However, it is powerful yet elegant. Leaves the mouth fresh and dry wanting for more. WOW from magnum. Close to perfection.

Deep garnet core and evolved medium light rim. Medium+ intense aromas of fresh black fruit, blueberry, evolved oak notes, vanilla, p shavings. Taste is dry, high of powdery tannins. Full bodied with medium acidity with integrated high alcohol. Pronounced intensity of evolved aromas but still the fruit is there. In very nice phase right now. Very drinkable with enough complexity as well as concentration to keep every consumer interested.

Color medium lemon-green with development. Nose restrained although has fruit of a warm year and volatility. Drinking in awkward condition right now. Does it have what it takes to come back? Signs of winemaking. Batonnage for the depth and smoothness. Typical 1er Cru Chablis with it's chalky flavor profile, high acidity and modest oak. The extraction as well as alcohol are worrisome.
