High hopes for this wine initially. Found it a bit tired after opening and tasting. Aromatics indicated a mature a wine, but a muted nose. A little brined pork scent from the glass. Not off putting just a savory component. Nice balance of mature fruit, alcohol, acidity. Definitely think the peak has past so drink up!

Very fruit forward with nice mid palate weight. Some iron Graphite coming through. Had this with tacos on a Wednesday night so the picante is not helping me here. Enjoyable. Last of three.

This Brunello has almost no nose and not much on the palate. There is some nice acidity which is confusing. It's definitely not bad, but there's not much going on. Will give it some time in the glass to see if it opens up....
