i'll echo vino verde's comments : this is NOT your typical New Zealand style, tart SB with relatively high acidity. It is rich (pineapple, honey) and flavorful, relatively full bodied. At first it finished a little bitter...but after two hours opened, this disipated and the wine finished well. An outstanding QPR.

i'LL echo the tasting note from Caruso, except that I did not find the length or intensity that he/she found. Still a fine QPR at $12

nice combo of acidity and fruit without a surfeit of oak; vanilla, citrus and pineapple on the palate with a decent finish...nice ! 90

4/14/2021 6:53:00 AM - Unfortunately, it’s been a while since I’ve found a really good unoaked. Looking at my past wines, I’d have to say Pellegrini Family Vineyards was the best I’ve had so far. I’m always looking for an exceptional unoaked.
