Expressive from opening and got better over the next 90 mins. Nose of plum, currants, red fruit, green pine & woods. Some smoke, reviews say blood and bacon fat - maybe. Rustic, well-integrated tannins, savory, and gorgeous multi-layered finish. After 1.5-2 hours, fruit started fading and became a bit drier and less pleasing. Drink now and enjoy.

More on the thin side but beautiful and multi-layered. Nose of cheery, earth, herbs, eucalyptus, spice and a well-rounded gorgeous herbal component that brings it all together. Needed two hours to open and shows well balanced tannins and a med+ to long finish w/ some grip Drink now but decant for several hours.

Took hours in the decanter to come together and fully integrate. Once it did - beautiful nose of berries, plums, raspberries, toasted or burnt wood, soil and minerals. Round and weighty, med+ body with med finish. This needs more time for sure. +3-7 years and a long decant.
