12/20/2022 5:55:00 AM - Hey there, thanks for the friend add. I'm staying with my sister over the festive season in Raleigh. Any good shop recommendations or other suggestions for a wine lover in Raleigh? Hope all is well.

10/27/2019 7:23:00 PM - Hey, do you happen to be around the week of Nov. 11th? (Mostly end of week through weekend we're considering at the moment) — thinking your area and been doing lots of breweries and would be down to pull some corks too if you're around. trey[dot]studley[at]gmail[dot]com.

12/14/2018 7:17:00 AM - ...and likewise if you're ever in north Jersey/NYC area.

12/10/2018 7:10:00 PM - Hey, I didn't realize you were in the Raleigh/Durham area. We're NJ based, but also have a place in FL and usually fly, but sometimes drive (our crew is x5 now), and the last time we stayed in Durham on the way down (not a straight shot but more interesting than right off 95) and Chapel Hill on the way back. We're headed back down after Christmas, but flying this time. Next time we drive though, maybe we could pull some corks or meet for a glass or something like that. Cheers.

9/3/2018 6:03:00 PM - In this vintage, both Cru wines were declassified; it rarely happens, but a Barolo classico was the only wine produced, it's awesome.

9/3/2018 10:24:00 AM - that price is insane. the three tiers are laughing, the consumers with more money than sense, obviously buying. That said, buy all the 2014 Elio Grasso Barolo you can find. 2015s will be shown to the trade in December.

3/6/2016 11:44:00 AM - Hi WineKnurd! Great to become fans!!! A enjoyed a "wow" experience reading your evaluation process while sipping a fair-to-middling Pinot Noir from Austria. You really have put a lot of thought and feeling into your evaluation process. Our less impressive approach to evaluating wines can be found at http://buzzzzoff.com/vinenaughties-wine-rating-criteria/. We can imagine a 2 year old demands quite a bit of time, and we would concur dedication to her upbringing is top-of-mind. Having said that, we look forward to reading more of your notes as and when you find the time! Cheers!
