already very pleasant wine, more red fruit than balck, some licquirice, vanilla, toffee, cumin, peppermint, elegant on the nose medium body, the tannin is already quite silky, and still holding good structure and nicely balanced. i'm not sure if this wine would get any better with more age, sure it would develope some bouquet, but i think i prefer a wine still having abundant fruit and some grippness on the tongue

first time tasted this varietal wine, a 100% frappato, which is often added to nero davola to add some freshness and fruitness. although this is a nice fruity wine, but wouldnt recommend at this price point. (around 30 US)

classy and elegant sytle, not a fruity and steong wine, but with a velvety tannin for boney structure. you can still sense the NSG character in this wine, which is foresty, not overwhelming fruity, some rusty/ dusty notes. should try this 2 years after.
i would expect more from a wine this price, but maybe this is a domaine that doesnt produce early drinking bourgogne?
