By itself, started out promising but then flatlined into a void of flavor, leaving only that dry sensation. Could’ve been my palate at the time, unsure. Willing to give it another try.
Yet after a slice of sausage, caramelized onions with a red sauce pizza, the wine performed as I’d hoped……fuller, lasting and enhancing.

Was only able to decant for one hour(needed my wine!). Take Aero’s advice and give it a longer decant. Looking forward to see how it changes come tomorrow night.
Can’t improve upon what others have stated.
Is doing very well with the Gentlemen’s pizza from Humble Bistro(shameless plug for the best pizza) on High Street.
