Color - Golden to amber hue, darker than majority of whites Nose - Vanilla overtones, Medium intensity, apples and tropical fruits Palate - Different, much like the nose with vanilla, nectarine, tropical fruits and a different flavor that I'm having difficulty identifying. Different take on Pinot Noir

7/6/2020 4:31:00 PM - Paul contacted Cellar Tracker and Eric LeVine got back to me. The following is what he wrote. We do not have a private messaging facility in the main site. You could each agree to create a separate account in our discussion forum and send each other private messages there. I will try to create a account. Give me a day or two to get it done. I agree with the getting together after all this Covid thing blows over. With your lung issues you are more than wise to keep isolated until then.
7/3/2020 6:00:00 PM - Howdy JW, I just looked closer at the Discussions thing, the only thing I found was to create a new Post but no choice on it for Private Message... I'm back to the Send you a Message, driver over and Honk my Horn thing (;-}
7/3/2020 5:57:00 PM - Hi JW, I was able to 'join' the Discussions Group, I don't remember quite how I did it but I did have to 'do' a new signin - so used my same User Name, Paulzzz. I did not see how to send a Private message but think possibly you have to pick out the Person (did not find you), do a message 'thing', and choose to make it a Private Message... Could possibly be need to be friends there also.
It's too bad you can't do the Public Message and then delete or edit it afterwards.
* I think I was able to locate you so maybe when all this Pandemic stuff goes away, I'll send you a message, drive over, and honk the horn (I'll be the old guy in the white F150).
7/2/2020 6:21:00 PM - I like you do not want my phone number or e-mail public. I am about as computer literate as a box of rocks. Looked at the discussion group and could not figure out how sign up and make sure the info is private and this site says public message. Ric
7/2/2020 4:20:00 PM - Hi JW, Sounds good, I'd like to visit sometime. I've bad lungs so I don't get out much though. I thought I'd send you my phone# or email address but did not want either 'public' so I checked with Cellar Tracker who said if you both join the Discussions group (requires a login) then you can send Private Messages - Bingo. I registered and then looked for you, did not see Jamul Wino.

7/1/2020 6:28:00 PM - Hi, I see you're a local - I live in Lemon Grove, just West a bit on <94>. Appears we have Mazzocco Zin's in common, great Zins. Have you tried Castoro Cellars wine (in Paso Robles)? Not quite Mazzocco but quite good. I've been a club member of both wineries for years as really enjoy their wines - quite a variety from Castoro and every Wednesday a Special Deal.
* I see you bottle your own wine, I collect Empty Wine Bottles and give them away if your interested, send me a message.
