Enjoyed. Smooth and soft. Lots of dark fruit. Long finish. No bite, but that is the wrong word. Drank as something else. Smooth.

Yum. A bit of sour and acid. Cut the confit perfectly. Still had fruit after seven years. It has a front. A mid and a ten second plus finish. Wonderful to sip and explore. Fun and good wine.

Best from there so far. Has with rack of lamb. Good finish and could taste throughout the dinner. Some sour and acid to cut the meat. Nice. After dinner, a bit sour, but a good sour. Some dark fruit. Loooong finish. Very nice. Still evolving after two hours
