  Popped and let air in the bottle for 30 minutes. This is in a perfect drinking window with rich, complex red fruits, a bit of dark chocolate, tobacco and earth. Loads of fruit showing and harmonious. Everything is really singing with this wine. Drink now or the next few years for a prime window.

  Popped and decanted in a flat decanter for 45 minutes. The room filled with black berries and a little bit of spice. Cinnamon? Initial flavors of graphite/pencil lead, earth, and black fruits. Beautiful integration of alcohol, fruit, acid & tannin and a pleasure to drink right now, but you know it’s young. Way young. . Will try my next bottle in 4 or 5 years. Really glad we opened this and tried it.
