Medium ruby color. Smooth, refined, pleasant ripe fruit. Easy to drink, light to medium bodied, with good tannins. Long, balanced finish. Quite pleasant.

Good Malbec from Argentina. $13.99 price point. Jose Hernandez - Naked Wines says he was an Argentina former Winemaker of the Year.
Day One: Glass 1 at 1PM : This is deep color, good grape, structure, so far, just opened. I'd give it an 88 so far, but we'll see if the acidity burns off. Eagerly poured a second glass 1/2 hour later, good sign: Not decantered, jdecanters, in capped bottle.
2nd glass:
Yup, the tannins are burning off this malbec. Much more balanced, real nice flavor. Getting chocolate now and no bitterness or tannins at all actually. Good color great legs, excellent structure. It's moving its way up to around 90 if it stays like this. It's got the dry mouth feel afterwards. Medium to long smooth finish. Little bit of white pepper on the finish.
6PM: I just poured a third glass.
This wine improved, is opening up, and flavors are now balancing out nicely. Looks like it might be up to a 91 in my book already. Very full flavor, well balanced and extremely well structured with good foundation. A little spice on the pleasant medium finish and the grape is just fantastic. This may end up as a 92. We'll see, but this bottle may not make it into day three.
This wine has good forward fruit mostly black cherry, good strong black cherry though, and still getting chocolate, some pepper, now some spice, possibly a little coffee. Finish has a little spice also with still good fruit, long finish, and goes well with food. This is a really good wine. Held one glass volume left for day three in bottle.
Day three: Still good, slightly thinner flavors. This wine peaked on day 2. Holding my rating to a 90. Will definitely buy again. Great daily wine to enjoy every day, and Ijust really enjoyed dring it with and without food. .
Summary: I have now tried 6 of my first order of 12 wines from nakedwines.com. I have liked easily four of the six so far, enough that I would buy them, again and again, as everyday wines at the price point of like $11-15 average per bottle. These are really good and I am now a fan of nakedwines.com. That is where I got these wines because of a $100 off promotional coupon on 12 wines. Good wines, great deal!
