Paired with CHIMICHURRI and flank steak. Delicious cab with some black cherry fruit and hints of cedar from the barrel aging. Would buy again.

Medium lemon color. Beautiful aromas of toast, lemon, ripe green apple and pear. Mousse was creamy. On the palate, dry, medium acidity, medium body, medium alcohol (12.0%), delicious green apple, pear, lemon and toast. I feel it is great now and could age longer as well. Would buy again, very good quality. Bought from wine.com for $55. Mostly due to positive ratings and description.

Had up against two other rosé sparkling wines. This was the favorite over another Champagne. Delicate, almost creamy mousse. Tart raspberry and strawberry notes.
