PnP. Dark berry (blackberry), dark plum, some cassis, some herbs. Medium body, medium acidity, beautiful, round, sweeter character to the fruit, but it's not overripe and finishes dry. I love where this is at now vs my last note in 2/2022. I wish I had bought more, but I am thoroughly enjoying this bottle.

PnP. Plum, blue fruit, violets, some cassis. Lovely soft, round fruit character. Good acidity, medium body, soft, integrated tannins. I love where this is at. No rush to drink it, but I think this is at its peak and wont' get significantly better. I think a slight chill does a lot for it.

PnP. My last bottle. Nose is still red berry and cherry. There are more earthy and forest floor notes under the fruit, as well as some baking spice and brown spice. Took about 45 minutes to really open. The palate has similar flavors. On opening there were still some chalky tannins, but they recede as it opens. Medium body, medium acidity, still has some tannins in the finish. This is really lovely. If I had more I might hold a couple more years to see where it goes. It seems mature, but at 10 years old, it doesn't seem like it's in decline at this point. So drink or hold, but if you have some check in on it in the next couple of years to see where it's at. This is the entry level wine for this producer, but it shows that Oregon pinots from good producers can easily go 10+ years, even at the lower end.
