Just such a smooth, mature Bordeaux. Sweet cherries, French oak, pencil lead, and a sultry long finish. Certainly ready to go but it’s been 2.5 years since last bottle and it hasn’t changed much, so no hurry. Enjoyed with chimichurri flank steak, roasted root vegetables and a mash of Yukon gold potatoes, bacon and chives.

One of the few domestic rosés I buy and enjoy (Tercero the other). Fresh strawberries and acidity but not overdone. Delicious.
