Delicious and delightful. Opened, decanted, consumed right away. Mostly fruit, little earth but plenty of structure. Lighter red, well balanced, plenty of room to improve w/bottle aging, 2+ years. Paired perfectly with bucatini w/red onion sauce, burger & fries, chicken paillard etc.

Just stunning. 80% CabSauv, 20% Sang... one of the finest SuperTuscans from one of the 20th century finest vintages. Lightly decanted, took 10+ minute to open even with vigorous aeration (i.e. swishing around the glasses). Integrated, backbone but with generous fruit. Paired wonderfully w/Rigatoni primavera in heavy spicy red sauce, plus Osso Buco, plus grilled peppers.
