Had on Mother's Day. Have liked this vintage from the start. Still has plum, cherry and hint of toasted almond on the nose. Think the smokiness has melloed now to a nice earthy flavor on the palate with some spice a residual heat. This has never disappointed over the years. Now it is quite complex, more mellow and balanced. Definitely still drinkable.

Luscious and spicy. With a berry start this Zinfandel has lefs and styaing power. Great exmple of a robust Zin and great example of the Vintage.
