Sanctuary has been a signature vineyard for Jekel for many years, and based on that long history this Jekel Cabernet will continue to improve and evolve in bottle for three to seven years.

Cherry, oak and fresh-cut herbs flood the palate for a sleek, silky texture that leads to a lengthy, powerful finish. Predominantly made from Cabernet Sauvignon, this red is combined with just enough Merlot to mellow the blend. The resulting wine spent time in both new and old French and American oak for a beautifully balanced wine.
