Sadly my last bottle, but only improving at age 13. Seamless balance with plenty of structure remaining. Powerful nose with some added complexity and nuance to the usual Saxum fruit. Disproving the tired mantra that big Paso Rhones won't age.

Visually off-putting. Thick, cloudy, milky appearance that seems to be more than just sediment. That said, the wine is delicious. Dark fruit with some smoke and savory notes. Nice structure, but no hard edges at all. Great wine.
