Pale straw color. Nose shows grapefruit, crushed rocks, flint, and a hint of vanilla. Zesty, elegant, with a little grippy and creamy, maybe from the oak barrel. Aftertaste is long with prominent minerality. The fruit seems start to fade in this stage.

Drink after aerating in bottle for 1.5 hours. This wine keeps improving for 4-5 hours. Medium ruby. Nose shows flowers, berries, pepper, frankincense, stewed vegetables, and some earthy notes. Medium-full body with medium-low acidity. On the palate, it is briny, salty, gamy, with rustic tannin. Finnish shows spices, a little bitterness, with some sweetness in the background. It actually reminds me of ratatouille.
