Favorite region: Napa/Sonoma - Although I'm fond of the wines, specially the Pinots, from the Anderson Valley area.
Dream wine: Usually the one in my glass.
Back in the late 70's I converted my friend Charlie off of bad American "Yellow Fizzy" beer and onto good imported beer (there were no craft breweries back then). Sometime in the mid 90's Charlie returned the favor and introduced me to drinking good wine. Something that I'm sure has cost me a lot more money than drinking good beer ever cost Charlie.

This was amazing. The extra cellar time really helped. Much better than bottles of the same vintage we had opened in years past.
