Clear deep ruby color with clean and somewhat subdued nose with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, flint with hint of chocolate, smoke, tar and mushrooms. Palate: dry, with good acidity (medium plus) medium tannins, high alcohol, medium body with a very pleasant mouthfeel, medium and very pleasant flavor intensity of plums, minerals, vanilla and dried cranberries. Finish is very satisfying but a bit short. This is a very good wine that is just entering its drinkability window. You can bring it now but it will be worth it to give it a few more years in the cellar.

Palate: dry, medium plus acidity,very smooth, medium tannins, high alcohol, medium plus to full body with medium plus flavors that mirror the aromas. Very pleasant and satisfying medium plus finish. Very good wine in its prime now and can also be aged for 5 plus more years

Palate: dry, medium plus acidity, well defined and pleasant tannins, full body, high alcohol, pleasant and powerful mouthfeel with powerful flavors of black cherry, toast, mushrooms, cedar, dark chocolate. Finish is pleasant, satisfying and fairly long. Very good wine in its prime and still has enough power to last for 6-10 more years
